Our site is about our friends, all of them are young women who got disability due to illness or accident, but they think that they did not loose their beauty and attraction.

We can prove it. Look at out pictures!

Initially this site was managed by . (Her picture on left.) She had gathered us together and supported the idea to create the site when it was only in project. Many thanks to her for support. Later, in 2000, she married and went to England with her husband, and Sandy K. (webmaster) asked me to continue her work.

The name of our site is Amputy. It is constructed from two worlds amputee and beauty. Amputy prononced with the accent on u, that is why we write the word Amputy with u, emphased by horozontal dash: u.

Each of our ladies has her personal web-page.
We think that everybody has right to express her feelings on her personal web-page. Lady's mind may be different from our mind.
We can't answer for information that women put on their personal web-pages.
